How do I know what size to order?

In order to meet the comfort and flexibility in medical work, our uniforms are all loose style.In Yuneking, each uniform can refer to this size chart (the sizes of men and women are different).Select the appropriate size according to your height and weight.If you are not sure how to choose or need to custom according to your size, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time through customer service or email sales@yuneking.com to inform us of your height, chest circumference, waist circumference, shoulder width, sleeve length and other data. We will try our best to help you choose the appropriate size.Note: All the above size data are subject to actual measurement. Please do not consider relaxation and contraction independently. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Before placing an order: If our product list does not contain the size or fabric color you need, you can consult us at any time. We will recommend suitable products to you according to your size, and also support customization according to the detailed size information provided by you; Some fabric colors may only be unstocked, if you need, we accept customization, and the processing time will not be long.After placing an order, before shipment: We accept your exchange requirements because the goods have not been delivered yet. However, this time may only be within 1-4 days after the order is placed. If it is a customized product, we may not be able to meet your replacement requirements. Even so, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.After receiving the goods: If you have received your product and you want to change the size or color, we are happy to do so in most cases. What fabric are your scrubs made from?

Many of our general scrubs are made of polyester/cotton blend. This ensures that the scrubs are durable, easy to care, and the fabric is still breathable. Many new styles of scrubs contain polyester/spandex mixture. These fabrics are often more difficult to fade and regain elasticity, enhancing the comfort and convenience of movement.

At the same time, professional 100% cotton fabrics will also be adopted to meet the needs of professional medical environment.

Do you do embroidery?

We can embroider, the unified logo of the organization or you can customize it. You can send pictures of customized graphics to us via customer service or email. In most cases, embroidery can be free of charge, but when some patterns have more colors or are more complicated, you need to pay $1 for each embroidery. Can I sew customized woven label?

Yes. The minimum order quantity of woven label for each specification is 1,000.Each uniform usually needs to be sewed with 1-3 labels. It depends on your needs.For ordinary labels, the customized price is $30 per 1,000 labels(this is a reference price, and the price varies due to different requirements)

The minimum order quantity of labels is too large. What should I do if I cannot use them up?
Solution 1: We will mail unused labels to you along with your customized products, you can mail the corresponding number of labels to us at the next order (you need to pay the freight for mailing to us again);

Solution 2: You can safely store the labels in our factory and we will keep them properly for your next order.Note:This is your exclusive label and we will not use it for orders and sales purposes other than you. During the period of saving the label, if you propose to mail it to you separately, you need to pay the freight.
